Waves is pleased to announce several changes to Waves Update Plan.

• Waves has put a cap on Update Plan fees. You can re-activate your Waves Update Plan now for $200 or less per bundle, no matter how long your coverage has been inactive.
  
  
• If your Waves Update Plan is already up-to-date, Waves will extend your benefits accordingly.
  
  
• Waves Special – you’ll receive a 45-day Waves Update Plan Credit toward the purchase of any product or upgrade, equal to the amount you spend on Update Plan coverage.

The Waves Update Plan is our complete care package, offering you responsive tech support, updates for all supported DAW applications and operating systems, as well as new plug-ins for all eligible bundles as they are updated.

• Expert technical support. At Waves, you can count on technical assistance from people who really understand the details of all our tools, for every host and every platform.
  
  
• Software compatibility updates. When you purchase a Waves bundle, you can switch between Mac and PC, or between Pro Tools, Logic, Nuendo, and any other supported host.
  
  
• Added features. With Waves Update Plan, all new updates are included. So when we add features and functionality, you’re covered ― even if you bought your product 10 years ago!
  
  
• New plug-ins. Over the past few years, eligible bundles covered by Waves Update Plan have received the L3 Multimaximizer, L3 Ultramaximizer, Waves Tune LT, IR-L Parametric Convolution Reverb, L3-LL Multimaximizer, L3-LL Ultramaximizer, and more.

New Products

All new Waves software products include one full year of Waves Update Plan coverage, starting on the day of product registration.

Upgrades

Waves offers a vast array of upgrade paths. From Musicians 1 to Mercury, we have an upgrade path to suit your needs and budget. What’s more, whenever you upgrade, your new product is covered by Waves Update Plan for one full year. Contact your Waves dealer for details.

Waves Update Plan Expiration

On your Waves account main page, you will see a Waves Update Plan End Date column listing the expiration date of Waves Update Plan for each of your registered products.

Waves Update Plan coverage costs a minimum of $30 per year.
Waves Update Plan coverage costs a maximum of $200 per product per year.

Standard Waves Update Plan prices vary between 1.48% and 10% of your purchase price yearly.
